Who looks after your information
Jeremy Moses Obeng operates the Stay Ready launch list. NELLA Interactive builds and maintains the site on his behalf. For privacy questions, a copy or correction of your details, or to leave the list, email info@stayreadyltd.com.
What we collect and why
We collect your name, email address, country, city, signup category and role. Businesses also provide their business name and team-size range. We use these details to notify you when the platform launches and understand interest by audience and location. We record the time and wording version of your consent. Signing up does not create a platform account or book a cleaning service.
Your choice
We rely on your consent to send launch notifications. You can withdraw at any time by emailing the address above. Withdrawing does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. We will not use this list for unrelated marketing or sell your details.
Hosting and security
The site is hosted by Vercel and signup details are stored in Supabase. These providers process information to operate the service and may process technical data internationally. Access to signup records is restricted to authorised operators. We retain a protected, one-way representation of your network address for a one-hour rate-limit window to limit automated submissions. Expired rate-limit records are cleared when a subsequent signup is processed; the application does not store your raw network address in signup records. Hosting providers may maintain their own security logs.
How long we keep it
We will remove launch-list details when you withdraw, or within 90 days after the launch notification. If the platform has not launched, we will review and remove these details no later than 12 months after signup unless you separately agree to continued contact.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your information, withdraw consent or complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact Jeremy using the address above to make a request.
Contact enquiries
When online submission is available, pressing Send enquiry securely stores the details you provide, your reply preferences and your acknowledgement of this notice. Jeremy uses them to respond to your request. Resend processes notification and acknowledgement emails on our behalf; email open and click tracking are disabled. Enquiries are retained for up to 12 months after the last correspondence unless a continuing relationship requires separate retention terms. We keep delivery identifiers and retry status to prevent lost or repeated messages, and use protected one-way representations of network addresses and email addresses for short-lived abuse limits. This is separate from launch-list consent and does not subscribe you to marketing. If you use the email-draft fallback, details leave this page only when you send from your own email application. Avoid including sensitive information. Unsaved form details are cleared when the page is reloaded or closed; downloaded copies remain on your device until you delete them.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The on-screen signup confirmation means that your details have been saved. When email delivery is enabled, we also send an acknowledgement through Resend; email delivery can be delayed or blocked by your email provider.
